In Poland, starting from March 15, the submission of documents to visa centers in Ukraine in the format of postal items will take place only on the basis of prior registration. Applicants will first need to pay for the services of the visa center and wait for a call from the PPVA call center (visa application point). Already during the telephone conversation, the date will be set when it is necessary to send a package of documents by mail. “Submitting a visa application on a date other than the one assigned to you by the system may extend the application period to 45 days,” the Visa Application Center said in a statement. They also added that visa centers in the cities of Ukraine will not be responsible for the period of processing documents sent on a date other than that assigned by the system. At the same time, applicants who have paid for the services of the visa center for the submission of documents in the format of a postal item before March 14, 2021, can send documents until March 26, 2021. Sending documents later will again result in an extension of the application processing period to 45 days.
